Every engagement starts with a deep-dive conversation. We take time to understand your organisation's current AI landscape: what tools your teams have access to, what your generative AI policy permits, where adoption is actually happening, and your current strategic vision of where you'd like to get to.

Two-Day Executive Engagement — Leadership Offsite, Mallorca, 2026
The Brief
IGEL Technology invited NarrativeEdge to deliver a two-day programme for their senior leadership team at their annual executive offsite. The brief was ambitious: prepare the leadership team to pitch their strategic recommendations to senior management on day two, and introduce them to practical AI capability they could use immediately in their daily work.
The two days were designed to work as one. Better communicators become better generative AI users. Better AI users become more effective leaders.
Two Days, One Goal
Day one was a bespoke communication masterclass, built entirely around the real challenge the room was facing the next morning. Rather than generic presentation training, every framework, every exercise and every piece of feedback was calibrated to the specific pitch format IGEL's leadership needed to deliver. The goal was not just to improve their presentations. It was to give them a model for communicating with clarity and precision under pressure — a skill that would prove directly relevant the following day.
Day two was the AI Live Lab. Working within IGEL's native enterprise ChatGPT environment, executives collaborated in teams to build structured, compliance-aware prompts using a framework tailored specifically to their market, their workflows and their generative AI legal policy. Each table worked through a real hypothetical business challenge, live in the room, producing results they could immediately recognise as useful. The session closed with a forward-looking exploration of how agentic AI will transform the future of work — and how each leader in that room could begin developing the skills to design, train and manage their own AI-powered workflows.
